Doors that will last for years

Galvanization and an additional polyester coating or powder-coating make the WIŚNIOWSKI technical doors perfectly resistant to the changeable weather conditions of the Polish climate. The ECO version guarantees up to 500,000 opening/closing cycles.

External and internal, single- or double-leaf, with a selected opening direction, with glazings, toplights or porthole, and an array of colours and decorative motifs – the customization options of WIŚNIOWSKI technical doors make it possible to adapt their functionality and design to the most demanding investors’ needs.

Thermal insulation

Our technical doors are made of two steel sheets. Between these layers, the right infill for each model is placed, ensuring proper performance parameters and contributing to the thermal insulation. Depending on the variant, the heat transfer coefficient for the ECO doors can be as low as 1.2 W/m2K.

Sound insulation

The tightness of our technical doors is also responsible for good sound insulation. Separation from noise is crucial for the comfort of the users of your building.

Keyless

Innovative keyless systems enable smooth, yet controlled access to the building with a key fob, bracelet or RFiD card. The option to control the lock remotely with a smartphone app makes it possible to open the door from any place in the world.

Door design

Solid or glazed leaf

A wide range of colours making it possible to match the door to the elevation, windows or finishing elements of the building, multiple applications, and a special design enabling various opening directions make external seamless steel doors a truly versatile solution.

A steel opening frame made of formed sections

Standard accessories include a corner frame, while a wrap-around frame and an internal frame are available as an option (ECO, ECO Basic doors).

Single- or double-leaf

Depending on the needs and the available space, you can choose a single- (ECO, ECO Basic, ECO Basic Uni) or double-leaf door (ECO).

Mortise lever lock with a lock cylinder

Optionally, an additional lock is available for the ECO Basic and ECO Basic Uni doors. An electromagnetic strike can also be installed.

Plastic handle in black colour

Simple and elegant. Knob-handle, stainless steel handle and knob-handle, as well as stainless steel handle and knob-handle on a split cover plate available as an option.

Customization options

Decorative motifs, glazings, and portholes will give the door an individual character.

AWTech technology

The innovative opening frame welding technology – AWTech – allowed us to realize the vision expressed with the motto “perfection in every detail”. The opening frame weld made of galvanized sheet, almost invisible to the naked eye, enhances the design of WIŚNIOWSKI technical doors in line with the idea of minimalism, where less is more.

Infill

ECO doors for internal or external installation

In the case of technical doors for offices and utility rooms, sound and thermal insulation are crucial. Cellular cardboard used as the infill of the ECO doors guarantees appropriate protection in this regard.

For external ECO doors, in turn, the leaf infill is made of expanded polystyrene. It is a material ensuring basic thermal insulation. Yet its properties also include the absorption of certain sounds. External ECO doors are also optionally available in versions with a mineral wool infill and PU board infill.

In each case, the leaf infill is connected with the steel sheet with the use of a special adhesive making the entire leaf into a uniform whole. This guarantees structure stability and thus durability. This is particularly important with doors exposed to frequent mechanical damage.
