Roller garage doors are an excellent solution if space savings and safety is what matters to you. They are durable and weather-resistant. With your comfort of use in mind, we offer them in a power-operated version as standard.

Resistance

The garage doors are made of corrosion-resistant aluminium. They are light and a perfect choice for places exposed to changeable and harsh weather conditions.

Safety

Thanks to the solid curtain lock, your garage is properly secured. This solution prevents the garage door from being opened by unauthorized persons. The safety edge protects fingers from being crushed so you can enjoy safe operation of the door.

Space savings

For tighter spaces that are difficult to arrange and require space savings, a roller garage door is the ideal solution. The entire door curtain is rolled up into a box, so there is no need to install any ceiling-mounted tracks. This way, you gain additional space in the garage.

Functionality and safety

Curtain lock

The curtain lock in the BR-77s and BR-77E doors prevents the curtain from being lifted from the outside.

Safety edge

Safety of use is ensured by the safety edge. If a curtain collides with an obstacle, it retracts to an open position.

Distance brackets

Distance brackets ensure proper clearance between the profiles when the door curtain is wound to allow quiet operation of the door and to extend the life of the panels.

Emergency opening crank

Emergency opening of the door from the inside is possible thanks to the emergency opening crank. Crank output through a wall – if no other entrance is available to the room where the roller door is installed, an option which allows the crank to be output through the lintel to the outside of the entrance opening should be ordered. Please provide the wall thickness upon ordering.

AW 77 and AW 100 profile

The AW 77 and 100 profile is a light aluminium profile infilled with freon-free polyurethane foam.

Aluminium tracks

Aluminium tracks (without a thermal break) are fixed inside the room along the side edges of the opening. They are fitted with brush gaskets and slides.

Reinforced bottom profile

The door curtain is fitted with a reinforced aluminium bottom profile, which increases the rigidity of the curtain.

Roller garage door types

Three types of roller doors are available depending on the installation conditions.

BR-77S

The garage door is fitted with a winding shaft housing placed on the perimeter of the shaft.

The garage door is fitted with a partial winding shaft housing (front).

The garage door is fitted with a partial winding shaft housing (front).

Automatic operating units

As standard, WIŚNIOWSKI roller garage doors are equipped with a reliable drive unit placed in the curtain cover. They can be controlled with a transmitter, smartphone or switch.
